Domestic Shipping Information
Shipping and handling rates are based on the merchandise total. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. In stock items will ship out within 48 hours. Standard deliveries in the continental US are made via UPS Ground. Customers also have the option of choosing UPS 2 Day and UPS Overnight services. Items ordered together may ship separately.

International Shipping Information
We ship outside the US, Canada, and Mexico via Airmail/ traceable method. We will email you the rate prior to shipping. Recipients are responsible for all applicable customs, duties or taxes in that country collected by carrier upon delivery.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your AsiaStore.org purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days from date of delivery. Credit for returned items will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. AsiaStore.org will accept returns on Compact Discs and DVD’s that are unopened (still in it’s original plastic wrap). Simply follow the instructions included in your shipment.
If your merchandise was received damaged or defective, please notify AsiaStore.org shipping department at (212) 327-9298 within 48 hours of receipt to arrange package pickup.
Sales Tax
Sales and use tax is required for purchases delivered to California, New York, Washington DC and Texas. We will calculate sales and use tax for your purchase based on the regulations for the area to which the order is delivered. For California, New York, and Texas: sales and use tax will be computed after shipping and delivery charges and express delivery charges, if any, are added.
