Radhika Gupta, 31, is the creative director of the Moon River design studio and gallery in New Delhi. Radhika graduated with a degree in law from King’s College, London. She was practicing as a corporate attorney when her capsule jewelry collection designed as a hobby for friends was snapped up by buyers in London.
Encouraged by this success, Radhika founded Moon River in 2002 to showcase eclectic jewelry and home accessories. Her selection philosophy has been to highlight unique products with cutting edge design that could be found in stylish homes across the globe. Moon River has also endeavored to keep prices affordable so that good design is accessible to the largest possible number of consumers. Moon River is an active member in the movement to sustain and encourage the rich tradition of Indian crafts and collaborates with various organizations to produce own line products using local crafts skills and techniques.
